Project Details
To meet Passive Standard requirements, Solfit installed 200mm of EPS insulation, achieving a U-value of 0.15. The system was finished with HD Weather Plus and a specially designed Soltherm dispersion basecoat, engineered to provide the required impact resistance.
This solution ensures both exceptional thermal performance and robust protection, future-proofing the medical centre while reducing operational energy costs.
