Working to a strict architect’s and designer’s brief, Solfit insulated the property with 120mm of EPS insulation, finished with a dry dash and clay brick façade to match the original style.

To preserve the home’s 1940s character, coin-stone detailing was carefully incorporated into the front elevation. The final result is a warm, energy-efficient home that retains its traditional charm while delivering modern comfort and long-term energy savings.
