Project Details
To achieve Passive Standard performance, Solfit installed 200mm EPS insulation with a premium basecoat reinforced with microfibres. This was combined with Soltherm’s fiberglass reinforcing mesh to deliver both strength and impact resistance.
The system was finished with a 1.5mm Acrylic Premium render, providing a clean, modern appearance alongside long-term durability. The result is high-quality, energy-efficient housing that meets strict regulatory requirements while ensuring comfort and reduced energy costs for residents.
