Home Energy Assessments
How it Works
Where a homeowner is considering multiple energy upgrades, a Home Energy Assessment (HEA) will provide a complete energy upgrade roadmap for a property. Each energy upgrade outlined within this report will be clearly specified, providing a tailored list of requirements that we can price for you as a complete package.
A Home Energy Assessment allows you to make an informed decision on your investment in home energy upgrades, helping you decide what approach is best for you.

The assessment itself doesn’t generate savings, but it identifies the upgrades that will deliver the greatest reductions in energy bills, helping you make informed decisions and maximise future savings.
A Home Energy Assessment visit typically takes around 1–2 hours, depending on the size of the property. The detailed report is then issued shortly after.
There is no disruptive work involved — the assessment is simply an on-site inspection with measurements and checks, and you can go about your day as normal.
