Improving the BER rating of a Detached House in Blackrock, Co Dublin

The project brief was to insulate the property to significantly improve the BER rating while saving on energy costs. The final work has to adhere to a strict Architects/Designers brief to maintain the 1940s features of dry dash and clay brick and incorporating coin-stone detailing to the front façade, giving an overall impression of a well maintained property sensitive to its original features.
